On the cart page, tap International orders at the bottom left. Your items and total will appear in the SeoulSend checkout.

Choose shipping & pay
Choose Standard or Express (where available), enter your email, and pay once. Duties and taxes are shown upfront. No account needed.

We order and pack in Seoul
We place your order with the brand, receive it at our fulfillment center, and pack it for the trip.

Tracked to your door
We email you a tracking number when it leaves Korea.

Choose Express or Standard at checkout. You'll see the price for each before you pay.
Times start once your parcel leaves Korea and vary by country.
Every parcel is tracked, and we'll email you the tracking number.

Sold out
If an item sells out, we'll email you first. You choose: ship the available items and get a refund for the missing item, or cancel the whole order for a full refund.
Damaged, lost in transit
If your parcel arrives damaged, goes missing, or contains the wrong item, we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
Returns
Changed your mind? Cancel before your parcel leaves Korea for a full refund. After delivery, returns are possible. You'll cover the international shipping back to Korea. Made-to-order items can't be cancelled after the order is placed.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, UnionPay, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted worldwide. Depending on your country, you can also pay with local options like Alipay, PayNow, PromptPay, Rabbit LINE Pay, ZaloPay and VietQR.
If your card payment is declined, check with your card issuer that international payments are turned on, or try another payment method.
Are duties included?
In most cases, yes. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout, so you usually won't pay anything when your parcel arrives.
How long does delivery take?
Express takes 5–8 business days and Standard takes 10–20 business days, starting when your parcel leaves Korea. Times vary by country. Asia is usually faster.
Can I order from more than one brand?
Yes. We'll automatically combine your orders into one parcel once all your items arrive at our fulfillment center.
What can't be shipped?
Items that aren't allowed on flights, such as lithium batteries, flammable goods and products with high alcohol content. Restrictions also vary by country, depending on local customs rules. See the Shipping policy for the full list.
How do I track my order?
We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves Korea. Before then, your items are on their way to our fulfillment center.
